Bad Service!!!

The worst, terrible, frustrate, ridiculous service ever, still haven't received my order after 8 days. They promised to deliver within two days on their instagram page.They do not reply to their whatsap messages, complaints e-mail addresss or calls. I am begining to think that they are ********.
