Bad hair

I bought my grade 12a in may and within a week it fuzzed and looked like synthetic then I was shocked I went the to complain and the told me my hair was dry and I was curious and I asked them why is like this while I only wore it once,and they rep**** by saying I have to was it,since i was sensitive didn't want to cause a scene I paid for it so that they can wash my hair,after 3 days I went to take it,It was fine and wow like the first time I bought it,I was happy but after 2 month hardly 6 months the hair it's dry not flowy very synthetic,I'm not happy at all.
