Bad experience and service from Exclusive Virgin Hair SA.

I am very disappointed with Exclusive Virgin Hair SA service, I purchased the weave online on the 31.01.2022 and I was advised that the delivery will be made within 3 days but until this day I am still waiting. When I send the messages they just ignore me so I just wonder if i this is how they run their business.
