All I want is a refund of my money back!

I ordered hair from exclusive virgin hair on the 26th of July and only received it yesterday on the 18th of August. I had to wait so long for this hair only to be disappointed because the hair I got was not the hair I ordered and paid for. All I want is a refund of my money back but they dont answer their phones and they ignore my messages. Please help me.
