Cheap Defective tyres being sold

Don't buy from Exclusive tyres at Booysens as they sold me a defective tyre and refuse to replace or refund me . This tyre didn't even do 200km before it made a huge side wall bubble. They claimed the tyre was run flat . If the tyre was run flat it would have had side wall damage all round and not just one spot and the tyre were still inflated at time of removal from the rim . In side the tyre looked like it weren't made well as there was damage but there were no damages on the outside or even marks of driving on a flat. The only deflated that occurs is their brains are deflated.
