Bad Business Practice

I have been working for Exclusive Towing on a fortnightly basis since last year July doing the call centre over the weekend - 06:30 - 18:30 per shift (Saturday and Sunday). When I first started I was paid R250 per shift = R500 per weekend. I was then told that that they were unable to afford me and my wages per shift were reduced to R150 per shift = R300 per weekend,

Please note that anyone applying for the fortnightly work is mad - it's like working in a kindergarten with ****ies and backstabbing everywhere. They also don't pay you after each shift as they should - you only get your money the following week - if you lucky by Wednesday / Thursday.

I would really discourage anyone for wanting to work for Exclusive Towing - it's not worth the hours or the minimum wage. If in fact anything bad happens, you can't take any matter further as there is NO SIGNED CONTRACT.
