Solartech geyser service

<p>Hello, My name is Daniel Nkosi in Soshanguve I have purchased the titled product in 2010 we have entered into the afreement that they must service the unit once a year. We signed a contract that they will deduct the amount of R80 every month for the service of the geyser, as if you dont have this agreement you will be charged R1000.00 when they come to service your unit. Now I am paying every month and when it is time to do the service I am being send from pillar to post.up to now they are not coming. I have communicated with the lady called Elizaa Du Toit at the past who used to help with this service but now she cannot because she is fully booked.I have contacted the company with her help but up to now I dont get the service we agreed upon. Their email is ********** Kindly help me I pay every month but I dont get service and I dont know how else must I talk to these people</p>
