Pathetic

If you are thinking about making a purchase at Exclusive Sneakers, think again. After purchasing a pair if sneakers for my son's 18th b/day, which was on the 23rd May, until today, which is the 5th if June, and still no sneakers. Calling them, e-mailing them, is a waste if time. If and when someone answers, all you get is blatand lies and empty promises, or they get irritated and rude by you following up on your order. Asking for a tracking number is like asking for ice in winter. Requesting a refund gets ignored. After sales updates, well need I say more.
