Incompetence

I asked if they had my shoe size on the 29th September on their whatsapp number ***,I was informed that they have my size. Transferred money on the 30th into their FNB account. They asked for my address,after 72hrs of sending the address I asked where my sneakers are,the person had no idea,I called and the person claimed that there's a whatsapp person responsible for whatsapp orders,two days later I called and asked when am I getting the sneakers,I was told that day,3days later I still don't have my sneakers. It's been nine days still no shoes
