Exclusive Sneakers SA - be warned!

Bought a pair of Nike sneakers for my daughters, after enquiring about stock was asked to pay upfront. Needless to say once the frantically requested POP was sent, it went quiet, occasional vague responses and ultimately told no stock. Offered a credit, but since I don't have an account, asked for refund. A week later no response and no refund, and now their mailbox is bouncing. Be warned!!!
