Shocking Service

I had a confirmed booking to use this company to drop my car off at 8 am in the morning. At 9pm the night before I am due to drop my car off, I receive an email to say the company has had to cancel my booking as they didn’t have enough staff to collect my car. They didn’t even have the decency to call me and advise me. Had I not checked my emails at 10pm I would have been none the wiser and would’ve been in an extremely compromising position at the airport. They are totally UNRELIABLE!!
