INCONVENIENCE

I left my car with this Parking service for a period of four days to keep.I notice when i was given back my car by the drivers company(which when i ask is everything fine, then he said yes and left. When i was starting the car, i notice the was a funny sound. Immediately when i drive a bit out the car at the airport, i called the company to report that they did something to my car. The lady who picked did not give me a great response, i responsed to her saying i know my car then she was like okay the manager will call you back. About few minutes the manager calls, i told him whats the problem of the car. Then he responded that the driver who was handing my car bumped on something, which he indicated they will be layaible for the damage (as thy policy say). Due to the inconvenience I had to drive the car which it was at risk. Then i had to take the car for repair it is sumed to be back on June (which the duration was going to be 2months without my car). I called the company to compensate me for the inconvenience which they agreed they will do. As weeks pass by i drafted them an SMS stating how much to be compensated as they said i must come up with a figure. I briefly indicated that they are inconveniencing me with the petrol difference, not able to claim my kilometers for work purpose the period im not having my car.

I gave them something to respond on my request,they did not instead i made a follow telphonically.The guy who is the manager said will check and get back to me shortly. The guy did not get back to me i did a follow up the following day, which the person who was responsible to answer was not there but the was like they came out of a conclusion they will compensate me with a less amount. I said its unfair, he was like take it or leave it. I then said its best i speak to manager which he said he will probably be back on the follow week.

I had a very bad experience using this company (Exclusive Parking Services Pty Ltd)
