Bad service before application is finished

I had a very bad experience with before the application can even start they were already telling me they can't go through as I did not want a funeral policy to go off my perusal I wanted to off my bank they also gave very service as I was not receiving so called sms from old mutual I think they said they sent 5times and not one sms came to me that was so strange after speaking to other people it's clear I was ****med. They to claim all but I think they don't like people who ask questions. Beware they talk nice take all your documents then they say they can't help .wow.*** .
