I bought a couch and a chair early May 2024,. It was written even on the receipt that delivery will be 8 weeks. That time has lapsed.. I went to their store last month, it was closed with nothing inside, no furniture , no communication whatsoever. I tried calling, it goes straight to voicemail, I emailed and they that production is late but they will deliver, they sent another long email after a week to say their factory had burnt, I checked their Facebook account it seemed the store indeed burnt but many years back. To date I haven't received my couch and arm chair that I paid for. They say they closed the store but they are still working online. I want my money back ****mers
