Please do not use this Company - They are ******* and ********s. See the below on why: 15 May 2024 Update: nearly a YEAR. Summons were issued in March 2024 and a Judgement 14 May 2024 was issued by the Court (after they did not arrive for Court), they DO NOT CARE AND HAVE ****** OUR FURNITURE. After pretending not to know anything about a paid and collected job and pretending not to know who I am (after working with them for 4+ years), they are still refusing to return valuable items, but committed to return them in writing again a few weeks back. 9 months have now passed since the deposits were paid. They are ignoring all requests and final demands from the court. This leaves us with the fact that our items were indeed ****** for personal gain. See my previous review. When they do decide to make contact, each time a different excuse is provided. We have all the proof of payments, collection video footage, emails and several WhatsApp messages. Pieter is claiming to be moving (all the time), then in business rescue, then the fire they had (which I sent my sincere sympathy when this occurred nearly a year ago) and the list continues. Summons have now been issued, but they still seem not to care to merely return my items. I have begged just to return them as is. I don’t care if they are completed or not. Just return my own items, however the last response from Pieter was that I should get in my car and come and see what is happening (not to collect my items). The fact remains that my items were ****** so I cannot collect them hence there is no point for me to get into my car. WTAF!!
