Avoid doing business with Exclusive Kitchens

Do not make use of this company. The owner Jaco van Niekerk is unreliable do not keep to appointments doesn’t inform you when he can’t make set appointments seems to “forget” that he arranged a date and time and you have to phone him and remind him. That is if his cell phones are on. Contacted him on 1 cell phone and I now have 3 cell phone numbers where he sms and phones from. When you phone him the phones are mostly switched off and he doesn’t respond to amuses. Also doesn’t give formal quotes, no contract is available and he doesn’t respond to e-mail address. I am still waiting for photos of cupboard as I have paid my deposit of 60% (2 Feb)and the cupboard just has to be slotted in. Have a new scheduled date for Wednesday 18 April. I don’t know the quality of the workmanship or in what state the cupboard will arrive but just based on my whole experience up to now with this company and Jaco van Niekerk - avoid this company beyond poor service and service delivery.
