Avoid doing business with EXCLUSIVE KITCHENS AND WOOD WORKS or any business where Jaco van Niekerk is involved.

Just like Amanda, Jaco also promised the world, loved all our idea's it was unreal.

He came and do measurements, send you pictures of the different types of wood, what it will look like etc. - really impressive.

The he required a 70% deposit to buy the material so he can start, which will take him 2 weeks.

2weeks came, and no Jaco, no call to let you know what is happening. Then you start phoned then he has this excuse and this excuse. They broke in at his moms house and have to put up a trellis door. He will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no Jaco again.

Then he has been in an accident and lost his phone, worked into my father and ask for our number and apologize, but still tell you he will be there tomorrow.

Every time a different excuse.

This has been going on since October 2019, I eventually went to my bank to try and return my money which to no surprise his account had insufficient funds. I then went to the next level which was the Police to open a case of ***** and theft. The police man phoned him which he answered the phone refuse to come to the police station, Telling the police man that he will pay me back by Friday. Which never happened. I went back to the Police Station 4 time, every time he promise to pay us. The result of this is that i could not open the case because now it become an agreement that he did not honor.

So in short i was *****ed. He gave the police an address which was totally false let us to an open field.

Our next step will be small claims court but we need his address. We will find him eventually.

Please be careful. The saddest of its all he is a father what must his kids think of him.
