Insulting Service and BAD PRODUCT

<p>A bought a Salt Chlorinator (Just Chlor) two months ago. My pool has had problems and been green since then. I must add chlorine and other chemicals every day!</p> <p>Not once have they retuned my calls, but only use WhatsApp. Someone came around and said my pool is green as my gardener does not clean the chlorinator enough. I personally clean it every Monday and this is a self-cleaning unit that should only need cleaning every 3rd week.</p> <p>Their technician came to inspect and said:<br /> It is because I have a heat pump. My heat pump was only installed the previous day.<br /> Then he said it is because I use bore-hole water.<br /> Then he said it is because my timer does not go on and off at least 4-6 times a day. <br /> When I bought it that says their product I was not told it is not suitable for heated water, bore-hole, and other excuses.</p> <p><br />Their final statement was “a blue pool is not proof of a working chlorinator” and that the salt chlorinator works. I have had my water tested by our local pool shop every week and their view is that there is never chlorine in the pool.</p> <p>The technician took a water sample away to analyse, but ten days later am still waiting for their “WhatsApp”.</p>
