As Usual Great Service

I was filling my pool about once a week, and so about 10 months ago I decided to install a swimming pool solar blanket in order to curb evaporation. Well this worked like a dream. However, about 7 weeks ago the blanket started disintegrating, an so I contacted the company. After a technician came out I was told that this was as a result of a material defect caused by a bad batch, and that the blanket would be replaced free of charge. And yesterday my new solar blanket was installed.

And yes, they are my pool and Jacuzzi go-to guys. In the past I have had both my Jacuzzi and pool pump refurbished, and I am nothing but satisfied with the quality of service and work. So it is a big up to Rudi, Peter, Challenge and the rest of the team for the type of service I have come to expect from them.
