Very Dissapointed

After 5 years of buying hair from this company, I am trully dissapointed with their online service which send me **** hair that dont even look like it has 3 bundles in it.... it took them 2 weeks to respond to my complaint and all they had to say to me is sorry ma'am that's the Hair u ordered... Mxm I'll never recommend them to anyone, they are soo unprofessional and don't even know the meaning of customer service
