USELESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people have no business supplying hair. The customer service is shocking, the turn around times are non existent !!!! I ordered a wig 7 days ago, sent them the payment confirmation and my details for delivery and had to call them on a daily basis to find out if they have received my details, to find out if the money has reflected in their account, to find out if they have stock of the wig, to ask when I will receive the SMS with the courier tracking details etc. I would either be told that I would be receiving the SMS during the course of the day if not the next day or.....be put on hold for the longest time and when someone eventually decides to talk to me i must start my story all....over...again! I sent them an SMS with all the details again, I sent them whatsapps with the same information on all their mobile numbers, i DM'd them on instagram and not one person to this day has bothered to respond!!!!!
