Unprofessional and ***********

<p>I got to the salon and told the lady at reception i want to cut and bleach my hair. 30 minutes later a guy told me to follow him to his work station, told him what i wanted and which colour must come out. He told me the colour i want is not possible. I told him I always get that colour when I go to one of their branches in Protea North. He app**** the mixture on my head after he cut my hair. He kept on combing my very little hair to check if the colour is developing well. I kept on asking him to stop. Evryone who knows about hair bleaching knows that if you keep on combing the hair while the bleach is still in the head it finishes the hair on that specific area you combing.</p> <p> </p> <p>When it was done, my hair had 2 different lengths. He didnt even have the audacity to level my hair. His name is Dereck. They should get their staff trained on hair products and how to treat their cuatomers image. Afetr all, we pay t=for their terrible service. </p>
