Order not what i requested

I bought an end suite L Shape couch @R9499.00 from Exclusive Furniture Inc owned by Joshua Pereira. The only reason I chose that particular couch is because it seemed credible and is where my colleague got her couch, so in my sanity check chose it for that credibility and the owner endorsed it. He requested 60% upfront deposit (R5699.40) Delivery time was supposed to be 2 weeks. Next thing I get calls and messages from Joshua asking whether I want the cushion loose or stuck in and I told him I want exactly as in the catalogue/advert. He came back to say he didn't have the color I wanted and we both agreed on a beige/cream color. Fast forward 1.5 month later haven't received my couch and I'm being told ridiculously believable excuses and being promised R500.00 discount and a bottle of wine. Eventually he sent me a picture of the couch and it different to the one on the catalogue/advert and the color that I chose. The couch had many faults one arm is bigger than the other, the side tables are small and the couch itself isn't flat and wide as in the catalogue. I made him aware of my dissatisfaction with the couch and asked if he could remake the couch and he refused and said I'm full
