Not what I ordered

I had a very bad experience with the owner joshua carreira. He is a **** and a sweet talker. He had sold me a couch that doesn't look like the one I ordered(from a picture). The size of the couch is out. The 2 pieces don't match. It is so uncomfy. It is better to sit on the floor. He did not send my ottomans. And the extra piece he promised to do after messing up my couch. I have been waiting for the past 2 and I/2 months. When I tried contacting him. He offed his phones. Blocked me from whatsapp and rep**** threatening msgs that he will not complete the couch and that he will rule his company insolvent. So we will not get anything out of him. He keeps saying of how people owe him money. But he is the one that stole our money. It is business men like this that we cannot trust doing online shopping. Really this is not on. I am sitting with a reject couch that I cannot use or sell. I wasted R6000 and I have nothing to show for it.
