Refund money

My business partner odered Eguipments for wedding he paid R3500. The client decided to change decor I called requested to take other eguipment 2nd day before the wedding was told that the equipment that I want was broken I asked them to please fix it as it was last minute and was stranded. I called the lady was rude to me over the phone I have proof then she said she won't deliver she will give back my money it was 27 May 2025 they refuse to refund my money. Their contact detail ***
