Bad Service at Exclusive dry cleaners

On Tuesday I took my trousers to the dry cleaners. I was told it will be ready on Friday. Got there to collect and was told it's not ready. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager tells me I came too early as I was apparently told to come in the afternoon. I was there at 14h00 so I don't understand which other afternoon is there. I've never seen such unprofessionalism.
