Madam My name is Mr Tokoloho Moholo with ID number :*** 083 residing at 2776 F Section,Botshabelo,9781, currently in Welkom du to work purposes, I request assist from you I purchased another car with the concept of Trade in as advised by the sales consultant of Exclusive Car Motors situated at 184 Jan Hofmeyer Welkom Freestate. Within a period of three to four months I received a call from MFC that I’m in arrears of the car that I thought I trade in with. I then went to the Dealership manager at Exclusive car motors for inquiry concerning the trade in of (POLO GT) 2016 model, He rep**** by saying He is not aware of the transaction that I did with the Sales person ,but He knows the Sales person ,he did not even bother to inquire to the Sales person I felt I was just been dismissed. I then went to the nearest SAPS to open a case of ***** but I was informed to contact the MFC investigator to do open a case for me And he refused. I phoned MFC informing them of the situation they only said they want their money as they are not aware of any form of Trade In, or they will reposes the car and my credit health will be affected so I must choose either I pay or they reposes the car. I managed to trace the Car ,and It seems that, the car was handed over by the sales person to one of His family members but I don’t know how and What was the agreement thereto. As I’ve realised that I’ve exhausted all my resources I went to my Attorneys to assist with the matter ,on the process he only issued a letter of demand to the person whom the car was handed to. And my Attorney cannot proceed further due to the fact that I cannot afford anymore financially. But fortunate enough the Respondent in this matter went to my Attorney arranged that She will give back the car ,but She only needs Her payment that was done to the Salesperson of Exclusive Car Motors. I went again to SAPS to open a case likely enough this time they managed to assist me. A ***** Case is open on the 27 October 2022 CAS Number 516/10/2022 Currently Im in possession of two cars under my name I’m looking forward to take care of my credit health as I’m still young and have a long way to go also have newly born Son and He is the second child.
