Stay away! I’m so disappointed with their quality and service

This is a warning do not buy any Ride-on battery operated car from them. We bought 1 hummer on the day before lockdown and charged it as per the instructions. 48 hours later we tried the hummer and is was useless. I sent them emails and complained that I wanted my mo Ye back because they have a 7 day return policy but their excuse was they were only operational again in lockdown two so we have to wait.

We received no assistance from them at all. They have no system, no customer service/customer care. Their warranty is non existent. They said that they needed to do a full assessment report which was ****! They said that it had water damage which was absolutely impossible so it’s **********.

Shocking service , and awful value for money !!! Stay away everyone
