Stay away

This is a warning to anyone who wants to buy a Ride-on car from them. We purchased 2 of the most expensive Ride on cars and from the onset lights where not working. We received no assistance from them. A month later both cars stopped moving forward. Once again, they did not want to assist us. They have no system, no customer service/customer care. Their so called warranty is non existent. When you asked to speak to someone all they say is that their only form of communication is via email. An employee that answers the calls refuses to disclose her identity and is very very rude as well.

Take my advise and stay away. You rather buy from takealot as their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help.
