Worst After sales experience ever. The hoover board has proved to be conisistently unreliable. It has spent more times in repairs than my daughter actully using it.

The last time we sent it for repairs was in September 2024 and paid for repairs to be carried out. It is now December 2024 and we still dont have the product e mails are rep**** to once a month the rest you just get ignored.

This company should be shut down and not allowed to serve consumers as it is not customer centric at all.
