Excellent service

I bought a hoverboard for my child and when I received it there was something lose inside. I emailed them and they responded immediately. They collected the hoverboard from Durban checked it and gave me a full response with videos of what happened and now it works perfectly. I really appreciate their help and assistance. You guys are really the best. I've never experienced such great customer service before.
