Buyer beware iGlide Golf cart is, in my opinion, not fit for purpose

I purchased an iGlide 3 wheel Electric Golf Scooter in September. I have used it b11 times and the bracket holding the Golf Bag to the scooter sheared off. I contacted EBO and was referred to their warrantee requiring the return of the unit to Pretoria (I am in Cape Town). I provided detailed pictures of the problem together with a solution. This involved my Golf Club maintenance crew devising a strong replacement attachment for the Golf Bag. The cost quoted to do this is R950. In my view the bracket used to attach the Golf Bag is "not fit for purpose". I will not accept a repair or replacement. The only way forward is EBO to pay for the re-engineered remedy or to collect my iGlide for a full refund. As we are at an impasse, I have referred the matter to the Motor Industry Ombud who have opened an investigation (Ref 512670)

I suggest any prospective buyer takes my experience and requests a superior Golf Bag attachment as the existing one is "not fit for purpose"
