Exclusiv ****ers

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from exclusiv's online store. On the 7th of March 2024 the order was confirmed and payment completed. initially delivery is 24-48 hours based on where you're situated. It's been almost a month now and I haven't been able to get a response from them at all. What's worse is that the link is now unavailable and you're redirected to Shopify. Please help or share advise
