Worse service ever

This service is the worst ever. When we call the office the operator is extremely rude to us. She has no telephone etiquette or customer service ethic. We use the service as our company is situated in Granger bay. Whenever we call to book a cab she refuses to accommodate us, but when she's off duty then we get the service that we require.

This has been an ongoing situation as the y only want to service "tourist' & not local people. When we address it then she shouts at us and drops our calls
