SUITCASE ****** WHILE TAXI DRIVER SLEEPS

I booked a holiday in Hong Kong for 5 nights and because my suitcase doesn't fit in my Porsche I ordered a Excite Taxi [021- ***] to take me to the airport on Thursday morning and arranged for a 4:15am pick-up to the airport. Excite Taxi's dispatched driver Gavin Jansen [Tel: ***]. When I heard the taxi pull up, I drew the bedroom curtain and indicated to the driver I'll be out soon. I took my large suitcase up first, placed it right next to the drivers door and pointed at the suitcase and told him that I'll be right back. I went back into my house to turn the lights off, lock the front door, and gather my last few things. When I returned to the taxi I asked the driver where my suitcase was, he said that he was sorry but he'd fallen asleep. I asked him where my suitcase was and he said he didn't know. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED, my entire suitcase with EVERYTHING in it was gone!! My ENTIRE HOLIDAY was ruined/cancelled. I filed a police report [CAS# 1731/2/2015] Excite Taxi's owner Mr. Himmy Bada [Tel: ***] refuses to compensate me for the R22005.00 I suffered for the loss of my suitcase, not to mention my ENTIRE holiday down the drain. I'm FURIOUS!!!
