Rude Controller

This taxi service is the worse.. the controller swore at me the other day because i asked how long the taxi would be that i booked the morning already for a pick up at 4:15pm. He and the driver had a problem because i called , first the dropped my call twice thereafter he swore at me. He even went as far as to call the the "B$%tch" because i demanded customer service.. this is unacceptable & completely unwarranted as service provider.
