Excite Taxi service are dishonest.

Excite taxi was on time for both pick up and drop off and have an efficient booking system. The drivers are dishonest and overcharge. I did however get my money back. On their website they state they are a metered taxi service at R9 per km. They do not work according to their meter nor charge R9 per hour. Both drivers attempted to overcharge me which ended up in an intense disputed late after arrival from a long trip. I was then phoned at 06h30 the following morning to sort out the dispute. One driver not only attempted to ***** my money, but openly **** and defended himself in front of his supervisor who urged him to apologise. I asked the manager to phone me today and he has not done so. Stay away from this taxi service especially if you are a single woman travelling alone.
