Don't book a taxi- they won't come and pick you up

My car was in for a service and so I booked a taxi online to take me to work. This morning they called and asked where I needed to be. I let them know. They then didn't arrive on time and when I called them they said they would dispatch someone and they would be there in 20 minutes. This would have made me terribly late! I am very disappointed that you cant keep an early morning appointment!! Needless to say I used another service provider after that!
