Worst customer service and arrogant leadership. I urgently needed to transfer money from off s**** to South Africa and was advised that the quickest way to do this was via another country. Unbeknown to, and without advising me that I would incur currency conversions TWICE, i effected the transaction losing significantly in the process. They of course washed their hands of this giving some flimsy reasoning that they had explained - that perhaps a finance expert might have grasped. Not an ordinary street citizen. They failed in fiduciary responsibility! When I wanted to seek legal aid they stated they were based in the UK (although all based here) and I would have no hope. So I left it. I regret doing that and think I should pursue this further. In fact I will. I am
