Bad customer service Excess storage

The receptionist/ admin at excess storage (Port Elizabeth)is so rude. Very nice when you getting storage place but super rude when it’s time to vacate. I sent an email for a notice to vacate and 11 days later it was not acknowledged, I sent another follow up email and it was also not acknowledged I then called to find out if I have followed the correct procedures and I was shouted and she imp**** that the reason for my phone call is stupid since I had already sent an email.
