Excentral - biggest fraughts!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a fraught - they got me to invest $250. It took weeks to sort out my profile to be verified. Then when I should be trading nobody helps you. When I emailed and asked for assistance I got contacted by a rude employ by the name Neil. When I requested my money back I got told that I will be charged $80 because I did not do any trading deals and then they charge me 3.5% + $30 to get my money back. I am going to lay a complaint at the FSB as they are totally against any financial rules and regulations.
