Bad quality paint

I recently bought Induro Industrial coating enamel paint from Mica Stores. This paint is made by Excelsior paints. I have to paint everything with 3 layers of the paint before it covers. I have sent them an email but no response, or the quality of the paint is very bad or I had a bad batch!
