I came across Excellular website while looking for a cellular phone online shop, then I decided to look them up and see if they are legit. All the reviews were positive and I decided to give them a try. I called them first on March 17th 2015 to check if they have the device I wanted in stock and in the colour I wanted. They informed me that they don't but gave me some options and also advised me how to complete the order in the \instruction box"to make sure I get the right device. I placed my order same day and paid"
