No response!!

<p>i bought a Samsung galaxy s6 about a year ago but need to send it in for repairs at Samsung where I was told I need a invoice with the imei number on. I've emailed ExCellular 5 times and I've gotten 1 response asking for details (I sent my details) and still I'm waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous! </p>
