I always find it a nerve-wracking experience purchasing from a unknown company based in another city, even after my doing all my internet checks. On ordering and receiving the cell phone from them I found it to be faulty. Expecting the worst I notified Excelltronics, but they delighted me instead by immediately having their courier collect the phone, and within a few days sending me a a replacement phone. Really happy with the new phone the price, and in finding a trust-worthy independent cell phone supplier.
