Detained by armed officers for not completing their form

Detained in their Eastgate Mall security office for 2.5 hours because I would not fully complete their incident report! Sent a complaint to their head office and am still waiting for a reply? I was treated like a ******** with armed guards making sure I was detained. They should be reported to the Security Association of South Africa for bullying.
