LONG WAY TO GO FOR " HAMMARSDALE JUNCTION MALL "

It is observed that the HAMMARSDALE JUNCTION MALL is managed by EXCELLERATE JHI . I visited this Mall on Thursday 23 June 2022 at approx 11 am . There is NO DOUBT this Mall has got a long way to go in terms of its marketing. I accept that every Mall lends itself to a different layout and client / customer base but there are certain basics that applies to every mall accross the board. WHY WAS SO MANY SHOPS CLOSED ON A THURSDAY midday . What time do these SHOPS/ OUTLETS intend to open ? Scaffolding in the centre of the hallway to repair the leaks in the roof area . Whilst scaffolding was up , there was NO sign of any work or workers. The Mall environment is NOT VIBRANT with far too many people "hanging around " As a customer it is my view that the MARKETING DIVISION needs to CATCH A WAKE UP . Marketing must be continously striving to improve the image of the mall , expand its customer base and try out new things that " works " for the Mall . That is clearly not evident here . The mall has got no escalators or lifts which makes operations a little easier but there are other deficiencies that needs to be identified and rectified . What about a small FOOD COURT in this mall which is currently non existent . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
