EXCEELLERATE REAL ESTATE : BIG BULLIES

I rented an office which they charged me 35%more than the space I was occupying.When I was alerted to this,I queried with them and they turned around and said I was paying for the walk-ways etc.Other tenants verified that they were not being charged for this space.They continued to charge me a ridiculous amount for electricity.I finally took the matter to the EAAB which they tried to assist but I guess we small businesses are always under serviced and always have big business who are big bullies and get away with it.Finally I was able to terminate my contract in July 2019.It is now March 2020 and I have not received my deposit.A month ago they said the person who does payments is off sick.I guess thats their way of dragging the matter.I don't believe such a big organisation only has one person that may pay refunds.They are big bullies and wish someone could investigate their dealings especially with SMME's.
