Bad service, claiming more money and promises are empty. Do NOT trust them
These people cannot be trusted. I receive continuous promises that this will be the last fee, and then I will receive my loan, which I have been waiting for more than a year. They just cannot be trusted. I am spending more money on paying fees as the amount that was approved. I just cannot continue any longer with these people and they do not want to cancel my loan and refund me.

28 Jul 2025, 10:29And yet again, I received an email that the money I paid will be returned to me because they decided to cancel my loan application. And the people changed from Excellent finance to Charomix finance.
Now after I paid more than a R100,000 they expect and push me to pay another R4,278.07 to refund me my R11,4096
