Refreshing, Great Service

I visited Excellent Pies in Brighton not a week ago and I was blown away by the service offered by the Factory Manager there. He was quick, to the point, friendly, knowledgable and really put the customer first. I liked feeling like I was actually important.<br> <br> I know that there have been some negative comments about this company in the past but I think that this current guy, Wayne, will make one huge difference. Good work chap. Keep it up. And to the owners, great job appointing someone who actually knows what they are doing.<br> <br>
